The heavy rains and moisture in Arkansas gives the dense forest surrounding Haw Creek Falls its emerald splendor. To reach the shallow falls, you'll have to hike about 5 miles roundtrip. The hike takes you to a stream where the falls are located. The water plunges down a few feet in a sheet off a wide, flat rocky platform that spans the stream.
