E. Fay Jones was the master behind the otherworldly architecture of Thorncrown Chapel. Inspired by his teacher, Frank Lloyd Wright, the chapel is constructed of clean lines with plenty of light shining in. The most scenic time to visit is in the winter when the chapel is surrounded by snow in the Ozark wilderness.
