Description:

The Galley is the oldest restaurant in Santa Monica. Although it does not have a waterfront view the atmosphere will make you believe you're in the middle of the ocean. Fashioned like its name - a ship's galley. First, you'll be greeted at the "helm," unmistakable by its wheel, and then you'll be taken to the deck where you can see outside through the portholes. The bar is fashioned like a Gilligan's Island tiki hut where you can drink a Salty Wench or Shipwreck...or simply a Budweiser. You'll enjoy the sawdust floors, ambient lighting, and super cool larger than life blowfish lamps illuminate most tables. Portions are large and yummy.
