Home to perhaps the largest spud with sour cream and butter (they forgot the chives), the Idaho Potato Museum pays homage to what this state is so famous for. Everything you ever wanted to know about the tater and its industry is contained here. Even though this starchy, carb-laden tuber has gotten a bad rap in recent years, the potato will remain one of America's great comfort foods. (Photo by Jason Night)
