Davenport Skybridge

This bridge serves many purposes. It provides a bit of esthetic appeal while functioning as a safe pedestrian walkway over Highway 67. It's height gives people a great panoramic view of the Mississippi River. At night over 8,000 LED lights illuminate the bridge in a variety of displays. Completed in 2005 the bridge didn't come cheap - cost a total of seven million but it has brought in a lot of revenue as a tourist attraction.
