Built in the 1890 to honor and nurture relations with China, this Far-East-style building is a perfect vantage point to get the best views of Baltimore. Inside, is a long but gorgeous spiral staircase. If you want to climb the stairs to look out over the city, make sure you plan your visit for Sunday - it is closed any other day of the week.
