This little peninsula is a riverfront amusement park. The attractions include the Riverwalk, the Mud Island Amphitheater, and the Mississippi River Museum. Open April through October, the River Park is a great way to cool off in the sweltering Tennessee summer climate. The Riverwalk is an outdoor to-scale miniature replica of the lower Mississippi River.
