Description:

Pūpūkea Beach Park is renowned for its two smaller “pocket” beaches at each end—Shark’s Cove and Three Tables. Don’t forget your underwater gear, as both are considered prime snorkeling and scuba diving locations for the variety and abundance of tropical fish spotted in their waters as well as the many underwater caves, lava tubes, and shelves in the area. When the tide waters pull back from Shark’s Cove, plenty of tidepools are left behind explore. Three Tables gets its name from its reef which is naturally split into three large coral shelves—the deep waters around which are especially excellent for scuba diving.
