Founded in 1999 by winemaker and owner Julie Johnson, Tres Sabores explores the three savory flavors in every glass of wine: the taste of the vine, the terroir, and the good company around the table. With a history dating back over a century, the property boasts olive and vine plantations. Today, the certified organic (CCOF) farm grows Cabernet, Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, Petit Verdot, as well as pomegranates, Meyer lemons, and olives. The farm also raises Guinea fowl and sheep, serving as lawn mowers and a mobile fertilization team.
