This museum opened its doors on Dec 7, 2006 to memorialize those who lost their lives during the Japanese attack of Pearl Harbor on that very day 65 years prior. Not only does the Pacific Aviation Museum exhibit a huge collection of historic aircrafts, but it also features gripping stories of the heroic pilots who flew them, as well as the courageous men and women who offered their unwavering support from ground level. The museum also features an awesome flight simulator, allowing visitors to the chance to “pilot” an American or Japanese plane, as well to radio other pilots in virtual flight.
