UPDATE: Sadly, the iconic “Magnum, P.I.” Robin’s Nest was demolished in 2018.

In January of 2014, the gorgeous Hawaiian estate best known by its fictional name, “Robin’s Nest,” on the hit 1980s CBS TV show Magnum P.I. went on sale for a whopping price of $15.75 million. The Spanish Colonial Revival-style home was built in 1933 and was the abode of local politician Eve Glover Anderson. The TV show primarily featured the exterior of the opulent home and its guesthouse (which is actually a boathouse in real life) where private investigator Thomas Magnum (played by Tom Selleck) lived in the lap of luxury. The interior scenes for the show, however, were primarily filmed in a sound stage.
