Sure, you can get your normal flavors like cherry and lemon but this is the place you go to when you want to walk on the wild side of shave ice. All the flavors of the tropics are contained in this small shop - guava, lychee, papaya. There are also flavors you don't normally associate with shave ice such as white cake and cotton candy and then their cream varieties with condensed milk premixed into the syrups. Best to go on a day when you have a sweet tooth; you'll want to try as many exotic varieties as you can!
