Wheeler Army Airfield Aircraft Display

The Wheeler Army Airfield a.k.a. Wheeler Field and Wheeler Air Force Base is a U.S. Army post. It's located in Honolulu in the Wahiawa District of O'ahu, Hawaii. This airfield is a National Historic Landmark for its role in Pearl Harbor. A Curtis P-40 Warhawk is on display near Wheeler's Kawamura gate - this aircraft was used in the movie "Tora, Tora, Tora" and has been recently refurbished. You'll also find many other planes, helicopters, tanks, and cannons. This site is open to the public, however it still requires access to the installation.
