Dexter Avenue Baptist Church

This charming red brick church is a National Historic Landmark because it played a role in the pivotal Montgomery Bus Boycott organized in part by Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. The esteemed Dr. King was pastor of the church in the late '50s. Tours are available for booking but enjoying a sermon during your visit would be a memorable lifetime experience.
