Alabama is very proud of one of its most bountiful crops - the peanut. This oversized peanut in Dothan pays homage to the versatile legume. Beautifully sculpted and painted a sparkly iridescent gold, the Giant Peanut is a symbol of Dothan's status as the Peanut Capital of the World.
