Buckner Building

Built in 1949, this citadel was once a military building. It contained everything that any normal person or service person would need including a movie theater, bowling alley, commissary, cafeteria, rifle range, and rooms enough for entire families. In 1964, a powerful earthquake caused enough damage to warrant evacuation although the building was becoming obsolete by that time. Trespassing is forbidden but you probably wouldn't really want to - every floor is covered in water and the structure is awash in mold and asbestos.
