Arcosanti

Turin-born Paolo Soleri designed this experimental town in 1970. His idea was to create a harmony between manmade structures and nature, a concept he called "arcology." Even today artists from all over the world come here to live as permanent residents building on Soleri's work. You can also visit and tour for a day or stay for the night.
