Glen Canyon Dam Overlook

A great observation area gives you a bird's eye view of the dam and its sheer 710-foot drop. Despite being in a remote location, the dam is easy to get to and to see. Simply drive into the parking lot and you'll see the Colorado River right in front of you. There are also a visitor center and guided tours available, should you have the time.
