Description:
This cemetery was first used in 1904 when the Yaqui people settled in the area. It's the final resting place of approximately 5,000 people, mostly descendants of the Yaqui. Colorful grave markers of all shapes and sizes create a distinctive landscape, a beautiful landmark in the middle of a suburban neighborhood. The cemetery is easy to get to - a short distance from Route 60.
