Kingman Water Tower

Emblazoned with the iconic Route 66 shield this water tower has a lot of history behind it. The cylindrical vessel, more than a century old, held water that was used for the steam trains of the day. Today it is one of the most photographed landmarks in the city. (Submitted by Louise C)
