Lake Powell

Against the red and taupe rocks and cliffs, Lake Powell is a brilliant blue jewel. It is the second-largest manmade reservoir in the U.S. and receives over two million visitors annually. Boat tours operate every day on this lake fed by the Colorado River. If you don't want the passive boat tour, you can rent a kayak, paddleboard, or water skis. You can come to Lake Powell any time of year; it boasts perpetual sunshine, rental houseboats, 2,000 miles of shores, and a myriad of activities to keep you and your family busy
