Description:
At Mohave Point you'll have excellent views of the Colorado River deep in the canyon below and the nearly 3,000-foot-tall vertical cliffs between the Mohave and Pima Point that make up the Abyss. From this vantage point you can also see the Salt Creek, Granite, and Hermit rapids and some incredible views of sandstone mesas such as the red sandstone feature known as "The Alligator." The Mohave Point is an excellent place to watch the sunrise as it's generally less crowded.
