Navajo County Historical Society

The Navajo County Historical Society curates a diverse array of historic artifacts in the old county Courthouse, often dubbed the "people's museum" for its representation of various cultures and professions, including settlers, ranchers, homemakers, teachers, government officials, bankers, and merchants. Over the years, many individuals who lived in Holbrook and its environs have contributed to its history, and the museum's collections reflect the possessions and tools used by these residents. Through these artifacts, photos, and documents, the museum narrates the stories of those who built the community.
