Description:

This movie studio theme park is the best place to visit if you love westerns! TV Shows such as High Chaparral were filmed there as well as High Plains Drifter and Eldorado to name a few. It was built in 1939 for the movie "Arizona" but was opened to the public in 1960. Historical tours are offered about the movies and entertaining stunt shows and shootouts continue throughout the day. A narrow gauge railroad ride encircles most of the property.
