Red Rock State Park

Saves: 96
Check-ins: 12
Oak Creek runs through this 286-acre preserve, providing an otherwise vast desert landscape with a splash of green. The preserve is an important habitat for a variety of species such as cottonwood and Arizona alder and rare native fish, frogs, and turtles. Well-marked trails wind through the expansive scenery. There are some picnic tables and pavilions that provide shade. To get there take Red Rock Loop Rd from Hwy 89. You'll find the turn off to the parking lot easily from Red Rock Loop Rd.
