Description:
Saguaro Lake is a beautiful reservoir located in Mesa, AZ. It's situated within the Tonto National Forest and is one of the most popular recreational areas in the region. The lake was formed in 1930 after the construction of the Stewart Mountain Dam, which was built to control the Salt River's flow and provide water for the Phoenix metropolitan area.
