The Ziz: Goodyear Art Sculpture

Decorating the Home Plate Entrance to Goodyear Ballpark is a more aerodynamic version of a baseball. Sculptor Donald Lipski took his inspiration from "Bird in Space" by Constantin Brancusi, but added some stitching that belongs only to a baseball. The name "Ziz" is a mythical Hebrew bird.
