Description:
You'll get a true glimpse into the old West when you visit the Tombstone Courthouse State Historic Park. This two-story structure was built in 1882 in the shape of a Roman cross. Once housing the offices of the sheriff, recorder, treasurer, board of supervisors, jail, and courtrooms of Cochise County, the courthouse today is a 12,000-square foot museum filled with artifacts and exhibits. The park also includes a gift shop, restrooms, and picnic areas.
