Billy Bass Adoption Center

Remember that singing fish tacked onto a wooden plaque? His name was Billy Bass and he had his 15 minutes of fame. The Flying Fish restaurant "adopted" these orphaned fish and now they are affixed to a wall in a restaurant to the amusement of diners from all over the country.
