Springfield-Des Arc Bridge

Believed to be the oldest bridge in Arkansas, the Springfield-Des Arc Bridge once spanned Cadron Creek but was moved piece by piece to Beaverfork Lake. The old site was said to be haunted with reports of ghostly babies crying or children screaming. Makes you wonder what kinds of things happened at this juncture on Springfield Road!
