1000 Steps Beach

Don't worry - the steps number much less than 1,000. Yet, they pack quite a punch when you climb up; they aid visitors up a very steep slope. After your ascent, you'll be rewarded with one of the most pristine, magical beaches on the California coast. It's not a crowded beach as the steep incline seems to ward off people. However, its seclusion is also one of its most attractive features. Wear sturdy shoes for the staircase and then change into sandals after your climb. The steps are narrow and very slippery!
