Description:

The 1880 Union, initially constructed by local Wells Fargo agent J.D. Snyder, served as a stagecoach home station with a store and lodging. Unfortunately, it burned down on February 16, 1893. However, in 1915, J.P. Loustalot rebuilt it as a hotel and saloon. It's been operating as such ever since. In 1972, owner Dick Langdon restored the Union to its original state, replicating the 1880 façade with the help of an expert cabinetmaker. The landmark has hosted famous celebrities like Michael Jackson, Paul McCartney, and Jon Bon Jovi, who filmed videos there. More recently, actors Kurt Russell and Kate Hudson, his daughter, showcased their wines for tasting at the saloon.
