On the East Bay of San Francisco is a lonely little outlook, a taste of what a post-apocalyptic world by the sea might look like. It's an every-man's-land where the homeless and bored teens convene. Scrap sculptures intersperse with truly spectacular works of urban art. Because the local police cannot easily access the area to patrol regularly, it has often been described as "anarchical." Although this place isn't for everyone, many visitors say that you haven't really seen the East Bay until you've seen the Bulb.
