American Dreamers Mural

This wall mural on the corner of Bates and Fountain was a collaboration between celebrated muralist Shepherd Fairey and Portuguese street artist Vhils (Alex Farto). This picture is worth a thousand words. To summarize, it is a statement of the unfair and unjust immigration policies of the United States and how they've impacted millions of individuals negatively. The message that Fairey and Vhils hope to convey is that so many people of different backgrounds can contribute to American society. (Submitted by Gunner James)
