Description:

Opened on September 11, 2011 - the 10 year anniversary of the 9/11 attacks - this garden commemorates the victims as well as the emergency and police personnel who responded to the crisis. The focus piece of the garden is a 30-foot, 1,900-pound bent floor beam that was retrieved from the World Trade Center ruins. Granite benches around the beam allow visitors to pause and reflect.
