Bolsa Chica Ecological Reserve

This 1,300-acre estuary has open water, mudflats, salt marshes, coastal dunes, and many others for the birds that make this reserve their home. Make sure you take your camera - there is plenty of birdwatching with the avian variety here such as pelicans, herons, egrets, and ospreys.
