Bravante Vineyards

Bravante Vineyards, founded by George and Nancy Bravante in 1996, embraced a narrative of family and friendship when they teamed up with like-minded friends in 1997. Situated on 20 acres of pristine Howell Mountain land, the Bravante Estate Stone Ridge Vineyard took root in 1998, featuring Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Cabernet Franc. Expanding in 2000 with another vineyard, the portfolio included a Sauvignon Blanc Musque clone, Petit Verdot, and Malbec. After years of off-site winemaking, the pivotal decision to build an estate winery in 2005 culminated in the achievement of 100% estate-grown, produced, and bottled status by the 2009 harvest.
