Description:
Originally opened in 1928, the Cabrillo Beach Boathouse was the Los Angeles home base for crew races and regattas and was the site of te rowing events for the 1932 Olympics. The Boathouse deteriorated during the 1960s and plans to demolish the building were approved in February 1971. Sadly, all that remains now are a few concrete walls covered in ever changing graffiti but these are certainly worth a gander!
