You really wanna time this visit right. Go at low tide and know that your shoes are gonna get wet! The tide pools are located on the beach beneath the Cabrillo National Monument. Walk carefully across the slippery rocks and peer at the ocean life that’s gathered there—you could see limpets, sea hares, anemones, sea snails and even an octopus. Yes, you heard me. OCT-O-PUSSSSS.
