Cal Poly Pomona Japanese Garden

George and Sakaye Aratani Japanese Garden is 1.3 acres of serenity. Bonsai pine, bamboo, and Asian flora surround a koi pond and a foot bridge. The project was focused on turning a natural spring into a lifeforce for the garden and opened in 2003. It is located near the business school on the northeast corner of the campus nearest to the 10. While you're on campus, don't forget to check out the Biotrek Ethnobotany Garden about 1/2 mile away.
