Description:
In a ghost town on the outskirts of San Bernardino County is the cutest schoolhouse-church built in the late 1800s for this silver mining community. Walter Knott (of Knott's Berry Farm fame) purchased the land in the 1950s, restoring the town to its original appearance. Other buildings in the ghost town include Lil's Saloon, the town office, the former home of Lucy Lane, Smitty's Gallery, the General Store, and Joe's Saloon (because every Old West town needs at least two watering holes)!
