California State Capitol

Like most state capitols in the U.S. this one is built in the Neoclassical Renaissance Revival style, taking inspiration from the U.S. Capitol in D.C. It was completed in 1874, although it has gone through some structural reconstructions for earthquake safety. Located on the east side of a park, this is a great place to take a morning run.
