California Welcome Center

The California Welcome Center is a must-stop if this is the first time you're visiting Joshua Tree National Park. Their well-informed Ambassadors can help you find great places to eat and stay and they're always happy to talk about the history of the park. There's also a fairly robust gift shop with some unique finds and lots of items designed by local artists. We picked up a few t-shirts that you can't find anywhere else!
