It's not the most expensive house in Southern California but the "smart house" with 16 security cameras has some pricey assets in the 3-car garage and 10-car motor court. With that in mind you probably won't get much more than a distant glimpse of the grand abode unless Chris Brown sponsors another "garage sale extravaganza" like in November of 2019.
