Description:
The paintings in these sandstone boulders have been estimated to date back to the 1600s and earlier but the meaning behind the pictures is still a mystery. Located off of Hwy 154, this little hidden piece of history is well worth the detour. Once you get close to the caves, you will have to find a place off the side of the road to park. The cave itself is easy to find but you won't be able to enter. There is a gate blocking the entrance but you might be able to stick your camera through to take a photo.
