Church of St Barbara

A small white church with a simple steeple is in need of some rehabilitation, but it still stands steadfast in the desert heat with the help of two logs propping it up on one side. It was a place for the miners to worship, perhaps helping them to put their secular needs in perspective. Located about 1/2 mile from the museum and main part of town, you can either walk or drive your car there and park in the small lot.
