Word is that Clint the Cowboy was once a Monterey pine that, for nearly a century, provided shade for the most successful brothel in town. Carved by master woodcarver, and Filipino immigrant, Esebio Dalay, Clint now welcomes hungry patrons into F. McClintock's Saloon & Dining House.
