Description:
Located on Museum Row the CAFAM is dedicated to bringing traditional and contemporary art to the public. The museum which opened its doors in 1975 is housed in a historic building built in 1930. Although the interior has been redesigned since then the exterior remains almost true to its original state. Admission is $7 for most people, a price that is much lower than its neighbors such as LACMA and La Brea Tarpits. If you're short on cash, visit on Sundays when you can give what you're able to.
