Description:

The charming Victorian house was built in 1888 and was occupied consecutively by four different doctors, giving the house its moniker. Silent film movie star Nell Shipman inhabited the house in the early 1900s. It originally stood at 921 E. Wilson Avenue, but was moved to its current location in 1979. It now serves as a museum with a fascinating display of antique medical equipment and furniture. The beautiful grounds and surroundings also make it a popular wedding venue.
