Edris House

Built in 1954, this house is still considered modern. Designed by E Stewart Williams, the aim was to blend the house in with its natural surroundings making it seem one with the Earth. At 2,750 square feet this modestly sized house certainly did not sell for a modest price - it sold for 3 mil in 2018 - more than $1,000 per square foot!
